Our website is provided by Artworx AS, and all data is stored on our own server infrastructure located in Norway.

Communication via email and SMS

As a customer, you may receive emails and SMS messages related to your customer relationship. This is considered a legitimate interest and does not require separate consent.
We also use email for marketing and communication. As a customer of the data controller, you may receive newsletters from time to time provided that you have given explicit consent. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails.

Right of access and rectification

You have the right to access the personal data registered about you. Access may also be requested by contacting support@kipso.io.
If the registered data is incorrect or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Data retention and deletion

Personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected will be deleted from our systems.
